Ronda has a BA from University of Manitoba and an MBA from University of Toronto.  

Ronda’s strong planning and organizational skills serve R&D well in her capacity as Director of Operations.

Ronda is tasked with those functions that are necessary to run R&D Insurance Agency behind the scenes. Her skillful puppetry frees up the professionals at R&D to concentrate entirely on what they do best – take care of our clients without distraction.
