Max received his B.Comm (Hons) from the Asper School of Business in 2016, majoring in Finance and International Business. Max spent five and a half years working with the Winnipeg Jets, developing their hockey analytics department. In his capacity with the Winnipeg Jets, Max liaised with management, coaches, and professional scouts. He worked closely with his team of analysts to ensure the Jets coaches and management had the crucial statistical data they needed to make informed decisions.

Max joined R&D in March of 2022. Max admirably serves R&D clients via his natural smarts, and his benevolent, loyal and honest disposition. With a passion for people and an innate attention to detail, Max is eager to elevate and grow R&D to serve the upcoming generation of professionals.

Max holds Life and Disability Insurance licenses in Manitoba, British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
