Jona has a B.Kin. (kinesiology) from the University of Manitoba and has been a personal trainer since 2016, certified through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
R&D onboarded Jona in April 2021 – a year into Covid-19 – with the singular purpose of helping our health care professionals to better cope with the heightened stressors brought about by the pandemic. In an effort to \u201cwalk our talk\u201d and show our appreciation for what the health care professional endures every single day, R&D has extended Jona\u2019s expertise by way of complimentary weekly virtual training sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jona customizes her virtual personal training sessions to meet each client\u2019s specific physical condition and fitness goals. Training includes exercises to increase mobility and stamina, maximize body mechanics, core strength, balance and posture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
